McInerney arraigned in Superior Court
Bartholomew “Bart” McInerney, 42, of Spring Lake Heights, was arraigned in Monmouth County Superior Court on Monday with 12 counts of second degree endangering the welfare of a child.
An arraignment is a formal reading of the charges, to which Mr. McInerney pleaded not guilty.
